About Tony

Doctor Tony De Palmas is a Stress Management, Mindset and Integrative Therapist dedicated to helping people regulate their emotions and develop resilience.

I am a mental health social worker by background and currently work as a Stress Management and Mindset - Integrative Therapist. I've always had a strong interest in how people overcome negative thinking. My approach empowers individuals to develop self - regulation by reshaping their perceptions of life events and recognizing the root causes of stress. Together, we focus on internal responses rather than external validation. Through introspection, responsibility, and guided action, I support clients in gaining clarity, confidence, and lasting resilience.
